Simply find a favourite small glass or bowl and layer the ingredients to your liking.

 A quick breakfast parfait that we enjoy includes the following (but feel free to add whatever berries you prefer):

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup gluten-free granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp chia seeds 
  • 10 oz of greek yoghurt

Gluten-free acai bowls

Acai bowls are basically a smoothie in a bowl with delicious toppings! One version that we enjoy is the gluten and dairy-free banana and berry acai bowl. 

To make the base of this gluten-free acai bowl blend the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup bananas
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic almond milk
  • Almond butter (optional)
  • 4 tbsp Acai powder 

After adding the base to a bowl, top it with the following:

  • Sliced strawberries and bananas
  • Flax seeds
  • Gluten-free granola of choice
  • Drizzle with honey

Other easy gluten-free snacks

Quick on the go snacks are a must-especially for those with little ones or hectic schedules. If you want to keep it simple, gluten-free healthy fruits and veggies are the way to go! Some of our favourite gluten-free snacks include:
